Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients

2 lbs skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks

dry breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

1 egg, mixed with the milk

8 ounces swiss cheese, cubed

8 ounces ham, diced

1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl

Dip chicken in egg mixture then toss to coat with bread crumbs.

Put a little bit of oil in a frying pan and brown chicken.

When done place chicken in a baking dish and add in cheese and ham.

Mix 1 cup of milk with soup and pour on top of chicken.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and tender.
